Gac is a fruit containing high levels of Acids – amines including carotenoids. In addition, gac is also a good source of lycopene and beta-carotene.

Beta-carotene: 10 times more than carrots,

Vitamin C: 60 times more than oranges,

Zeaxanthin: 40 times more than yellow corn.
